The Gender Equality Committee at HMU is excited to announce an upcoming online event, “Women in Battery Research – Pioneering Innovation and Equality,” scheduled for February 12th at 14:00 CET, in celebration of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science.
Our esteemed speakers, including Prof. Silvia Bodoardo (Politecnico di Torino), Prof. Kristina Edström (Uppsala University), Dr. Zoraida González (CSIC), Prof. Tanja Kallio (Aalto University), Dr. Nathalie Marinaki (Sunlight), and Dr. Marja Vilkman (VTT), will share insights into their research interests, motivations, and the strategies they employ to encourage more women and young girls to pursue careers in science.
