The manufacturing of advanced, sustainable batteries is at the core of Europe’s future industrial, energy and environmental policy. Such batteries are essential for the European Union to both reach its decarbonisation objectives and remain globally competitive.
During this event, battery experts, policy-makers and key stakeholders will take stock of the battery industry in Europe. They will debate the further initiatives and developments needed in view of decarbonisation, and will analyse the changes necessary to the EU legislative and regulatory framework for batteries.
